Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Vovira.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review the following policy regarding our returns and refunds.

Definitions:
- "Goods" refers to the products you purchased from our store.
- "Products" means the items listed on our website that are available for purchase.
- "You" refers to the customer accessing our website and placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns:
- Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process:
1. Contact our customer service at gabrielhopkins348@hotmail.com to request a return authorization.
2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service. We recommend keeping the tracking number for your records.

Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at gabrielhopkins348@hotmail.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at gabrielhopkins348@hotmail.com.

Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at gabrielhopkins348@hotmail.com.
